With over 10 years of experience in the private lending law industry, Allison is a seasoned deal closure expert and business leader. She oversees and manages all aspects of the closing process for thousands of loans and transactions annually, as well as the firm’s operational and human resources functions. Allison, who has been with the firm for more than a decade, specializes in condo conversions, ground-up construction, CEMAs, 30-year rentals, and 1031 exchanges. Allison graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Pre-Law from St. John’s University and is a proud founding member of the National Private Lender’s Association and plays a pivotal role in the NPLA Conference.
