Daniel Kraft brings over twenty+ years of legal experience in transactional and litigation areas to Private Lender Law. His primary focus is working with lenders to negotiate a broad range of commercial and residential transactions. Previously at First American Title Insurance Company, Daniel was the purveyor of real estate legal advice encompassing all fifty states that spanned numerous aspects of transactions—from environmental issues, easements, and encroachments to mechanics liens and corporate authority issues. Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School.
Daniel enjoys playing guitar, going to the gym, or just hanging at home with his wife, three kids, and their four Siamese cats—he’s also fluent in hieroglyphics.
