Rick holds a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers College. Rick has extensive experience in transactional matters involving the disposition and financing of residential and commercial real estate, mezzanine financing, equity participations and construction lending, and in commercial litigation involving mortgage foreclosures, workouts and bankruptcies. Prior to joining LHR&G, Rick was in house counsel to a regional title insurance company and maintained a private law practice. Rick holds a New Jersey title producer’s license and is a member admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
Rick is an active or prior member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
